2009 Race Results

Results m ay be viewd by going to  https://www.lin-mark.us/results_files/resobx09.htm.  Results will also be posted at the post race party on race day, in downtown Manteo.  Awards given at the Awards ceremony on race day will not be revised, should there be a change in race results following the ceremony. 

Note: per USATF rules, all awards, places and times are based on gun time.

Course Records

The Outer Banks Marathon will submit race results to USATF to review, determine and ratify any new course records set.  Please allow adequate time for the application process, as this can take several months. 

Race Timing

The 2008 and 2009 Outer Banks Marathon, Half Marathon and 8K were timed by Lin-Mark Computer Sports, Inc. of Mantua NJ utilizing the Chronotrack Timing System.
